The soil of the bottom of Serraboella, more sandy and fresher gives gentle Nebbiolos but preserving their superior class. From some years in the Starda the Nebbiolo is not only from Serraboella but from the sandier part of Ca veja.\n\nTasting Notes: This wine opens with fresh red fruit—think cherry, raspberry, and a touch of rose petal—alongside earthy notes and a hint of spice. With its fine tannins and balanced acidity, it has the structure to age, but is also perfectly enjoyable in its youth.
