A Place of Inspiration... The Grounds of Livev

In an earlier blog, I wrote about my views and plans for 2026, and I had one repetitive word  Community.   I wanted to expand the OWS community and be a bigger part of our larger community in new and interesting ways.  To that end, I have been working behind the scenes on several projects since the end of last year.

By chance or pure luck, I met Neada Onufrychuk and Celeste Flores, owners of The Grounds of Livev.  At this initial meeting, I immediately knew that the expansion of ideas/projects/creative processes to help achieve the goal of expanding our community were similar.

A simple inquiry about renting space to host in-person wine dinners led to a discussion of future collaborations and events.  I had found the right place to expand our Community. 

Their vision, principles and intention in everything they do at The Grounds of Livev is similar to what I envisioned with OWS.  Simply stated: creating a niche in the community where people come to gather, create, socialize and network.

Fast forward several months, we will collaborate on a series of wine dinners and OWS became a sponsor of The Grounds which will lead to many more opportunities.   We are excited to announce this partnership to our OWS community, and we are even more excited to be the food and wine providers at several of their members-only events (check out how to become a member)  and the Outsiders Only Event in October (more details coming soon). 

The title of this blog -- “A Place of Inspiration… The Grounds of Livev” – was carefully chosen.  After every visit with Neada and Celeste, I leave with an inspiration and personal motivation of something new to do.  One example was the inspiration to create individual dinner menus for each guest as a piece of art they could take with them.

Neada talks about how one conversation leads to five new ideas and Celeste helps reign us in and gather focus.  As we put the finishing touches on future events, I look forward to sharing them with you.
