Learning is not just for "newbies" so we have created packages for young or experienced individuals to understand and navigate wine.

When it comes to Austria, there is no greater authority in the DMV than Klaus Wittauer.  When I first opened OWS in 2011, I knew very little about Austrian wines except Gruner Veltliner.  Klaus opened my eyes to the amazing wines, values and history of this region of the world. I have been a friend and cohort of Olivier Daubresse and Vinifrance Imports since he started the company in 1996. He opened my eyes to the beauty of Burgundy along with the intricacies of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.  .

Olivier has built one of the most impressive collections of Burgundies in one spot in the world.  Because of our very long relationship, he has opened the "gates to this perfectly stored collection of wines" for us to share with you. 

Sometimes when you are enjoying an adult beverage you need something else to go with it!  We work with all of our vendor partners to seek out new and interesting products from around the world and bring them to you.  Check out an unique selection of cheeses, meats, jams and accompaniments sure to bring joy to your taste buds.

I have been privileged to be in this industry for a long time and have watched many small distribution companies make their mark in the industry.  What John Grimsley has accomplished with Le Storie Wines in a few short years in incredible.  In my humble opinion, John has one of the best Italian portfolios in the DMV. This includes regions in Italy that are unknown to many. A good example are the wines from Mt. Etna in Sicily from which he has pulled some of the best. Simply put, John made me fall in love with Italian wines.  As my Italian heritage would say: "That's Amore!"

Throughout the world there are many iconic producers.  In this catalog we will showcase these legends and their products. 

The beginning of my wine career was focused on learning and selling California wines, in particular wines from Napa Valley, Sonoma and Paso Robles.  This Collection pays homage to the icons of the California wine industry - Mondavi, Shafer, Beringer, Phelps, Caldwell, Heitz and Dunn, just to name a few. My mentor and great friend, Jonas Gustafsson, has been a leader and visionary in finding great niche wines from Spain. He has traveled throughout the country, met with the vineyard owners and winemakers, felt the soil and tasted the wines.  Through this knowledge he has created a portfolio of wines which are the best from each of their locations.  Each time we taste together we create new memories and reminisce over the past to create memorable experiences which will live on for many more years.  I hope these wines will do the same for you.  Now go explore the Iberian Peninsula through his portfolio of great wines, ports and sherries.

The Craft Beer industry has grown over the years.  We drink them all and sometimes "suffer" through the bad ones in order to find the "great" new ones.  Check out our brewery friends from around the world.

Our team of experts each month taste hundreds of wines and beers from around the world.  What does this mean? Not much other than we have sorted through the wines we can and cannot stand behind.  Through these tastings we
are always on the lookout for wines/beers to feature for our club members.  This is a great way to explore wines/beers

What is Kosher wine?  In order for wine to be deemed Kosher it must handled by Sabbath-observant Jews and no non kosher finings or additives may be used in the process.
