Angels & Cowboys Rose Central Coast California 2023

Launched in 2014, Angels & Cowboys is a collaboration between the founder of SHARE A SPLASH wine co. Yoav Gilat and Northern California graphic designer Michael Schwab. The Angels & Cowboys journey began with a sentimental namesake, a bold, mysterious icon and an appreciation for down to earth wines. These elements drove the vision to create an offering of wines that indulge the lover, the trailblazer and the rule breaker in all of us.

With brilliant clarity like polished rose quartz, it is delicate to the eye as well as on the nose. The bouquet is fragrant with the suggestion of pink blossoms and lilac, citrus, dried petals, and herbs de Provence. On the palate bergamot orange, fleshy tropical fruit, and a Turkish Delight complex of rosewater, tangy lemon zest, and savory pistachio nut are lifted by crisp acidity and cheerful freshness.
