From the oldest winery in Priorat (established in 1942) August Vincent is a character like no other! He is humble and always joking around and when tasting with him it is hard not to laugh. The 2005 L'Espill is such a spectacular wine, not only is a great vintage but being in a magnum has slowed the aging process allowing the wine to become super integrated and still have a youthful flavor profile. A blend of Grenache and Carignan gives the wine a bold, minerality, richness and complexity which lingers on the the palate for several moments. Do not miss out on this wine as there are only a few magnums of this wine left.
