Chef Joel Valante is offering fresh bread baked each week. Chef has been working on his bread program for several years and has perfected his Sourdough, It has beautiful density and the right amount of tanginess.

Orders must be in by Tuesday of each week and will be delivered on Friday afternoon with our regular order.
