The nose is rich and complex with appealing notes of carob and tamarind
The palate is vibrant with notes of grapefruit, red orange and Mediterranean botanical herbs. Extremely juicy with fine-grained, silky tannins with a long-lasting, sapid finish.
The three varieties ferment and macerate separately for 15 days. After 12 months of ageing in oak, the three varieties are blended and then aged for several months in the bottle before release.
