Made from Assyrtiko from the island of Santorini this wine is delicious and versatile. The tropical notes of lemon zest and white flowers lead your palate into temptation and balanced with salinity, minerality and fresh peaches. A wine which you can consume when young but will age beautifully for 10 years as well.
