An old favorite of the late Joe Heitz, the Grignolino is consistently a delightful, food-friendly style, with slightly spicy wild strawberry fruit aromas and flavors and a juicy palate. It's so light in color it drinks like a rosé, but has a bit more structure so that it stands up to heartier foods.
