The heart of the winery in the Langhe

La Biòca is a small winery in the Langhe. We are located near to Serralunga d'Alba, where we take care of the production, vinification, ageing and sale of the wine, and also where our agritourism is situated. We have 8 ha and we only use grapes from our vineyards located in the municipalities of Monforte d'Alba, Novello, La Morra and Barbaresco.

Tasting Notes: A very complex nose of red berry fruit, earth notes, hints of dried flowers and rose petals.  On the palate this wine explodes with a depth of layers including cherry, raspberry, orange blossom, spiced notes of licorice, tobacco and baking spices.  The finish is long and textured with ample tannins, beautiful acidity and lengthy
