The grapes come from vineyards of the Lagarina Valley south of Trento and northeast of Lake Garda. The valley’s privileged position as the hub of warm air currents from the lake and cold ones from the Dolomites. The grapes are handpicked and placed in small crates so as to preserve their integrity and quality, then de-stemmed and soft-pressed. The juice is clarified by natural sedimentation. Straw yellow in color, pleasant floral and fruity aromas (apple, apricot and pear). Medium-bodied, with refreshing fruit, distinct character and balance.
