The family has been growing grapes for eight generations, dating back to the small German (now French) village of Alsace. They have been growing premium wine grapes in the Lodi appellation for six generations and, in addition to their own wines, they continue to grow grapes for many well-known wineries. They were one of the first farming families to introduce French clones to the region, and have experience growing many unique varietals such as Pinotage and Aglianico. Their family still farms some of our original family properties which date back to the late 1800’s.
The palate, bright cherry with notes of warm baking spices, lively acidity is balanced by the richness in the palate making this a food and wine pairing dream. This is a go to red wine for the weekday wind down, barbeques, and entertaining. It's "Copacetic", it's all good!
