Elisabetta Fagiuoli is a friend of ours who makes seriously delicious wines in Tuscany. On her last visit to the Bistro in 2019, she stopped the luncheon to come back to the kitchen and bring me out to tell me and everyone at the luncheon how great the sauce on her pasta was, to this day a huge compliment me as a chef.
Made from 100% Sangiovese vinified in concrete vats and aged in the bottle. A bright red which is fresh and lively, notes red fruits and baking spices. Easy to drink young.
