Elisabetta Fagiuoli is a friend of ours who makes seriously delicious wines in Tuscany. On her last visit to the Bistro in 2019, she stopped the luncheon to come back to the kitchen and bring me out to tell me and everyone at the luncheon how great the sauce on her pasta was, to this day a huge compliment me as a chef.
The Tradizionale Vernaccia is our house white wine, with its golden straw color and hints of herbs and almond notes complimenting the palate of creamy rich flavors which linger long past it is swallowed.
