Oude Kriek Jart-Elle is an oude kriek bottled and released by Lambiek Fabriek. The fresh cherries are macerated with cherries for six months before bottling. It is listed as 6% ABV.
Jart-Elle was first released in Spring 2020, and represents the third addition to the Lambiek Fabriek lineup after the Brett-Elle Oude Geuze and Fontan-Elle Young & Wild lambic. The name "Jart-Elle" refers to the French name for stocking suspenders (in parallel with Brett-Elle's name), being "jarretelles".
Traditional unfiltered blend of spontaneous fermented lambic aged in oak barrels. Maceration with fresh cherries for 6 months.
