Pearmund Cellars Brut Reserve Fauquier Middleburg Virginia NV

Made from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, this sparkler from Pearmund Cellars, has beautiful aromatics of stone fruit and apple pie.  On the palate the bubbles dance across the palate and rich apple and pear notes are mixed in with a touch of banana.  The acidity lingers on the palate for a pleasant finish.
