The Pike family have been producing authentic, handcrafted beverages in South Australia since 1886. Pikes Beer was first sold in 1886, followed by soft drinks and cordials from 1940, then Pikes wine from 1985 and beer again from 1996.
Lifted aromas of perfume, citrus blossom and fresh lime dominate with a talcy/mineral note evident. Crisp acid driven wine, exuding all the flavours of lime. Leaf, juice, blossom and even cordial. The highly concentrated fruit driven mid palate is wound around a core of fine acid that balances and extends the finish perfectly.
