Three carefully selected wines meet four wickedly delicious dishes: start with crisp Falanghina, move to elegant Burgundy, and finish with a bold desert wine. Pair each with everything from creamy La Tur cheese to tomato basil soup, perfectly seared New York strip with roasted squash and eggplant tapenade, and the pièce de résistance—a s'more brownie that'll haunt your taste buds in the best way.  In addition we will have an interactive component to the dinner, invite your friends and make it an evening.
