Steininger Gruner Veltliner Sekt Austria 2019

Good wines are only created through the perfect interplay of many different factors: in addition to natural influences such as soil, climate and weather, our personal experiences and ideas also flow into our wines, giving them a very special touch. Karl & Brigitta, took over from Karl's father in 1980 when it was also a full operating farm with some vineyards.  After wine school and quitting farming they started their focus on making high quality sparkling wines from this region. The family plays a large part in their lives and their eldest daughter has taken over the day to day operations of the winery.

Perfectly balanced fruit with mouth filling bubbles, nutty citrus fruit, rich mid-palate, and a long fresh finish. Not as toasty/yeasty as French Champagne but this wine has the complexity and balance of fine Champagne.
