From a winery that has been producing wine for over 5 generations! Franz Mittelbach and his wife, Mathilde, are the fifth generation of Tegernseerhof owners. Since the 1970s, they have been continuously running the Tegernseerhof as a family business. Today, Martin Mittelbach, the son of Franz and Mathilde, is the current part of this history.
The name T-26 comes from the importer falling in love with Tank 26 when he first tasted the wines and every year it gets better and better!
Classic Gruner aromas of grapefruit zest, white peach, wet stones, a little bit of petrol, and lots of white flowers. These are old vines, so there's an incredible concentration of flavors here, especially at this price, everything you smelled continuing to the first sip, beautiful acidity, bright and refreshing that takes a rich wine and makes it sing.
