Under the direction of the estate’s founder, Roberto Drighi, vineyards and olive groves have been cultivated since 1960. The construction of a wine cellar and olive mill allow for the production of our quality wines and extra virgin olive oil. In the early 1980s, thanks to the far-sighted ideas of Laura Drighi, one of Roberto's daughters, the wine estate converted its cultivation according to the method of organic farming. Neri Gazulli, Roberto Drighi’s grandson, is San Vito’s current manager and enthusiastic practitioner of organic agriculture, striving for sustainability and biological diversity. He continues the projects began years ago, ensuring the high quality of the San Vito wines and olive oil, the protection of the local environment, and the estate’s warm hospitality.

Tasting Notes: Ruby red in color with bright aromas of cherry and red currants. Juicy on the palate with bright acidity and hints of black pepper on the finish.
