The Hilt Syrah Santa Barbara California 2021

Black pepper and black plum. Violet pastille and cured meat. Black olive and black mineral. Silky and suave and expansive mid-palate. Hydrated and resinous. Dark rose and blackberry preserve. Gamy and deeply complex. Finishes fresh and lifted with energy and verve. Salty and savory. True cool climate syrah from our windy western vineyards. Perfect balance of vinous notes from stem inclusion and pure and poignant black fruit.
