Union Sacré is a tribute to the Alsace region of France and an homage to beauty’s strange ways. These are not wines of privilege and power, these are wines made from a lifetime of labor for the untelevised tables that unite the very heart of the world.
The name Squire is a nod to the nobility of Pinot, and an acknowledgement of the rural nature of the Central Coast. The wine itself shows flavors fresh black pepper, cranberries and red currants.
