Vinedos de Ithaca Black Label Priorat Spain 2010

After not making this wine in 2009, and the quality of the 2010 vintage was so good that Silvia decided to focus all her efforts on making her Black Label. Upon release this wine was massively tannic and closed down.  The wine was very hard and we held it back for several years before releasing.  Now the wine has finally entered the drinkability window.  The black fruit notes have softened up and mixed with supple tannins to make the wine really beautiful.
