Join us on Friday, January 31st at 6:30 pm as we explore the world of sweet/dessert wines. We will explore Sherry, Port, Madeira and talk about the different methods they are made, the different styles, and taste pairings with each.
The tasting kit will include the 8 – 2 oz pours of the following styles:
· Sherry - Fino, Pedro Ximenez
· Port - Ruby, Tawny, Vintage
· Madeira - Sercial, Bual, Blend
Paired with foods such as – Lobster Bisque, Duck Confit, Foie Gras, Smoked Salmon & Chocolates.
The tasting kit is meant for two people, unlike previous tasting kits there is no separate food add on.
