It is located between Bordeaux and Saint-Emilion. The English horse armor dating back to the 14th century and discovered near the ruins of the tower which is still visible today in the middle of the vines, bears witness to the history of this noble estate.
Owner since 1990, Dourthe has extensively remodeled the vineyard practicing meticulous viticulture techniques. Château Pey La Tour benefits from a rare diversity of terroirs for the appellation. The combination of soil-type, grape varieties, rootstock and age of the vines has led to 90 different parcels being vinified and aged separately, giving Château Pey La Tour the character and complexity of a very great Bordeaux wine.
Lovely bright ruby in colour. Highly expressive on the nose, offering delicious tangy fruit notes of wild blackberries and raspberries. Fresh from the outset, the wine develops crunchy, juicy fruit character, underpinned by silky tannins. Pey La Tour Rouge is beautifully balanced and culminates in a long, fresh finish.

Absolutely love Yalumba Viognier The Virilgus that we were introduced to by OWS Wine.
Bryan at OWS introduced us to this wine we had never had before. Knowing that I prefer dry whites, Bryan thought I would like it. He was wrong, I love it! We initially bought six bottles and came back for a case! No sweet after taste I find common in Viogniers.
