Not sure which Fess Parker is more known for Actor or Winery Owner. The Big Easy Red is a tribute to the food and culture of New Orleans. The well-structured blend of Syrah, Petit Sirah and Grenache make for a inky, blue fruit laden aromas lead to mocha, licorice, spice and vanilla spiced flavors. Big mouthful for a perfect pairing with Gumbo.
