La Bioca Wine & Food Tasting - May 8th @ 6:30 pm

La Biòca is located in Serralunga d'Alba, one of the most beautiful and best-preserved villages in Langhe, which is a renowned hilly, wine producing region is the southern part of Piedmont in northern Italy.  This area is where some of the great Italian wines are born, such as Dolcetto and Barolo. La Bioca was established in the early 1960s.  The word “Bioca” translates to “hard-headed” or “determined” reflecting the challenging soil conditions.  They have 8 hectars planted and only use grapes from their own vineyards which are located in the municipalities of Monforte d'Alba, Novello, La Morra and Barbaresco.

La Bioca is our newest favorite winery in Piedmonte and we cannot wait to share these wines with you.  Our culinary team has put together our version of classic Piedmonte dishes to enjoy alongside the wines
