Masi has deep roots in the Valpolicella region of Italy, dating back to 1772, when the first harvest of wines in the now prestigious vineyards was harvested. Still in family hands carrying out the same traditions of their ancestors and created benchmark wines. They have consistently innovates and passes on its expertise in the Appassimento method of wine making which has been practiced since the Ancient Romans.

Valpolicella Classico, praised by Hemingway as “a light, dry red wine, as friendly as the house of a favourite brother”, is made here in an elegant style full of simplicity and freshness. Made in the Valpolicella Classica region from a blend using the traditional Veronese grapes: Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara.
Medium cherry red in color, when poured into the glass an intense bouquet of cherry aromas. The taste profile pulls those cherries along with vanilla, currant, mixed with balanced acidity and silky tannins.
