The 2021 Occam’s Razor Red Blend offers an exceptional quality to price ratio. It is a blend of 51% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Syrah, 9% Grenache, 7% Merlot, 3% Cabernet Franc. This wine has a alluring bouquet of cassis, black plum, black cherry, violets with nuances of cocoa, tobacco leaf, Asian spices, vanilla, and espresso. The full-bodied palate has firm tannins with well defined notes of cassis, black cherry, black plum, vanilla, tobacco leaf, dark chocolate, cedar, and Asian spices. The wine finishes with lovely notes of black cherry, cassis, and spice. Drinks well now but will improve over the next 5-8 years.
