A joint venture of Sashi Moorman (Ojai, Sandhi, Evening Land and Dom. de La Cote) and Peter Pastan (2 Amys Restaurant) in Santa Barbara California. Focusing on Syrah in the Central Coast area, they are making delicious wines showcasing the vineyard site.
The PS Syrah is sourced fruit from three vineyards - Bien Nacido, Harrison-Clarke and John Sebastiano creating a wine which is aromatic of olives, cherry, violets, pepper spice mixed with on the palate notes of mint, deep cherry, cassis, meaty tones and silky smooth finish.
